This piece is a short audio documentary I created as my senior capstone project. I interviewed 3 women–an assemblywoman, a college president, and a computer science professor–about their experiences working in male dominated fields. I also interviewed a Women’s and Gender Studies professor to get more background about what causes fields to become male dominated and how that affects women.
